Brilliant to hear you stating your reasons for wanting to be traditionally published. As part of several writing communities, I often feel rather browbeaten by the number of members who have self published or want to. They seem to think I’m old fashioned to want an agent and, like you, to see my book on a shelf in an actual book shop. It would be lovely to earn an immense amount of money from my writing but ultimately it’s just about sharing my stories and creations.
