Come see me at Leicester Book Festival this weekend!

This Saturday (18 May 2013) I’ll be appearing at the inaugural Leicester Book Festival alongside fellow Legend Press stalwarts, Sam Mills and Tom Chambers. The event starts at 7.30pm at the New Walk Museum and Arts Gallery and I’m fair looking forward to it.
Part of the reason I’m excited about being at the festival is because I know that Kibworth Books – 2012 regional winner and 2013 shorlistee of Independent Bookseller of The Year Award (Midlands & Wales) – are behind it all and have been really supportive of my novel, A is for Angelica (see image above, also featuring the excellent Nathan Filer).

This publishing malarkey is a difficult business and it’s so important to have people out there who are prepared to get behind your work and tell the world about it. I can’t wait to say thanks in person and to share my thoughts on the writing process.
